Meet Natalie

When you enter Harmony Garden’s office, one of the first things you see is Natalie’s smiling face. Natalie is our office administrator and her desk is front and center to the office area. Natalie adds warmth and welcome to the office to all of our families that come to check in, make a payment, or ask general questions about programming. Although her presence is very visible, Natalie actually does the bulk of her work running everything behind the scenes. She runs payroll, does billing, helps with scheduling, keeps the office stocked up on supplies, and runs many of our off-site event booths! (Did you know she is also the bubble lady at all of our concerts? Any person brave enough to lead a hundred kids in a bubble parade is someone who we are PROUD to have on our team!)
Natalie is incredibly integral to Harmony Garden and how it is run. We cannot thank her enough for everything she trouble shoots and does for us as a company. Everyone in the office loves working with her and we all value the work she does and her as a person. Everyone needs a little Natalie in their life!

Interview and Chit Chat
Q: If you could have lunch with any musician in history, who would it be? I’m not sure I have anyone specific in mind
A: have Kurt Cobian. Even back when he was alive, I thought he was so mysterious and I wanted to know more about him. songs, not favorite artists.
Q: What is something you love to do outside of work?
A: Spending time with my husband Andy, my two daughters Lucy (17) and Alice (14) and our pup Max. Fun fact about Max, he is a German Shepherd/Poodle mix called a Shepadoodle
Q: What inspired you to explore music therapy?
A: Honestly, I had been a stay at home mom for the last 14yrs. I babysat all of Jaime’s kids and when the last of them went to kindergarten I found myself wanting to get out of the house. The timing was perfect that Harmony Garden was in need of an office manager and it all fell into place!
Q: What’s your favorite part of your job?

A: Oh man, that’s tough because there is so much I love about it! I love getting to see all the sprouts families grow in music classes. Both of my girls were sprouts kids and we cherished those days! I love the relationships I have built with our Creative Connections groups! They are some of my favorite people.
Thank you Natalie for all of your work in the office and all the love you have for the families that come through our doors. We are incredibly lucky to have you with us.
