Help Us Build A Scholarship Fund for Special Needs Music Therapy
Harmony Garden Music Therapy Services provides music therapy services for individuals in Jackson, MI. We have many opportunities for individuals to come to our office and receive individual or group music therapy. What we do NOT have, is a scholarship fund to help families who can’t afford to pay the full amount for their loved one to receive our services.
We want to change this.
We want to be able to help families offset the cost of music therapy, so we are able to ask, “What CAN you afford?” not, “Can you make payments?”
We want to say, “We can help you attend, if you fill our this scholarship form!” instead of, “No, insurance doesn’t cover it and we don’t have scholarships.”
But, in order to do this, we need your help.
Any money donated toward our music therapy scholarship program would go DIRECTLY back to the families in Jackson County who can’t afford music therapy otherwise. This money would be for individuals with special needs, whose families are often paying for multiple therapies and additional services out of pocket every day.
We have set up a form and you can make a donation directly through PayPal. If you help us, we will send you a thank you personally so you know how your money is being used.
How far your donation will go:
$100 pays for one month of individual music therapy for someone to attend weekly sessions.
$145 pays for one adult with special needs to attend our music therapy day program for a month.
$165 pays for one child with special needs (ages 6-13) to attend our Blossoms Music Therapy Group for 12 weeks.
$450 pays for one early childhood music class (up to 10 children) for 6 weeks.
$600 pays for six months of individual music therapy for someone to attend weekly sessions.
$725 pays for one adult with special needs to attend our music therapy day program January-May 2018
$900 pays for one early childhood music class (up to 10 children) for 12 weeks.
$1200 pays for one year of individual music therapy for someone to attend weekly sessions.
$1305 pays for one adult with special needs to attend our music therapy day program September 2017-May 2018
