About Jaime:
Jaime Lawrence, founder of Harmony Garden Music Therapy Services, has an extensive background in both music therapy and performance. Jaime is a board certified music therapist who has been operating a team of music therapists at Harmony Garden in her hometown of Jackson since 2006. You may have seen her in any number of places around town, performing or involving the community in music making experiences. Her most recent passions with music therapy fall into the community music therapy approach. Music is innately human and every person has a right to find their connection to wellness and wholeness through music.
About Kimberly:
Kimberly Iolana Rieli, founder of Singing for Your Soul, is a singer, sound healer, and holistic voice practitioner. She has helped thousands of people in over 15 countries to use their voices for deep healing work. With 20 years experience, an M.A. in vocal performance, plus sound healing and yoga certifications, Kimberly designs programs to help her clients use the power of their voices to resolve trauma and enjoy better results in every area of life. As a sound healer, she uses her voice, Celtic harp, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments to offer participants a deep reset for the body, mind, and soul.
What to Expect:
Kimberly and Jaime met in Kimberly’s Singing For Your Wild Soul sound healing certification course in 2022. Over time, they discovered they have a powerful synergy and are excited to treat you to an afternoon of self-care and nourishment for your body, mind, and soul. At this sound healing, you will be led in an interactive experience of journaling, emotional freedom technique, gentle stretching, and nervous system healing.
Next you’ll enjoy a sound guided meditation and sound journey. Be prepared to cozy up in your little burrow of pillows and blankets, and drift away as Kimberly and Jaime bathe you in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Celtic harp, drums, hand pan, flute, and their ethereal voices. You just might find yourself levitating!
Remember to bring your yoga mat, comfy clothes, blankets, pillows, journal, pen, and water bottle. You’ll be lying on the floor for about an hour, so make sure you’ll be cushioned and comfortable. If the floor is not an option for you we also have plenty of soft, comfy chairs available.
