Homemade Spin Drum
Jaime and her kiddos have been having so much fun making homemade instruments! Today, we added homemade SPIN DRUMS to the lineup of instruments we have made while going live on Facebook. This craft is a little more involved for parents, but I was able to incorporate my kids ideas and color choices into their unique craft spin drums. It worked really easily for me, when I prepped things ahead of involving my children. I also gave them twine and beads to help occupy their time while I was busy putting the drums together. I sincerely LOVE these spin drums though! They are my favorite so far!
Here is what you will need:
- 2 metal canning lid rings
- pencil or wooden dowel
- 2-3 balloons
- twine/yarn
- beads
- duct tape
- hot glue gun with glue
- scissors
- hammer
- screw driver
