Experience Sound Healing with Jaime at Harmony Garden
Join us for a truly one-of-a-kind sound healing experience led by Jaime Lawrence from Harmony Garden Music Therapy Services. Jaime is a board certified music therapist and an experienced sound healer. Using a blend of crystal singing bowls, hand pan drum, flute, voice, and other soothing instruments, Jaime will guide you through an immersive hour of rest, reset, and renewal.
What to Expect
Cozy up in your little burrow of pillows and blankets and allow the gentle waves of sound to wash over you. You’ll be lying down for about an hour, so bring whatever helps you feel safe and comfortable – yoga mat (we have extras if needed), blankets, pillows, comfy clothes, water, journal, and pen. Prefer a chair? We have plenty of soft chairs available. Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. The session begins promptly at 6pm.
What Is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a practice that invites your nervous system into deep rest and regulation. In a world where we often operate from a place of mental overload and physical tension, this is an intentional pause – time just for you. Time is precious, and giving yourself permission to slow down is a radical act of self-care.
Through the resonant tones of live instruments, your body is encouraged to soften. Your mind is gently invited to come home to the present. You may feel your stress melt away, your breath deepen, and your energy recalibrate as you begin to truly feel your body again—not just think about it.
